MAX Immo represented the outgoing tenant
MAX Immo represented the outgoing tenant in searching for a replacement in the 250 sqm at Florenc metro station, Prague. The new tenant, EL NINO perfumery, chose the location for its first high street store in Prague, the store was opened in July 2019. The location itself is a Prague’s significant transport hub with the bus station and two metro lines.
EL NINO, the Czech company with the yearly turnover around 130 mil. EUR, is specialized in retail and wholesale perfumery business with activities in CEE region.
We are proud to be a part of the process of opening the first EL NINO high street store in Prague. We believe that the busy location of Florenc will bring EL NINO not just a lot of direct customers but also a significant brand awareness.“
